Aetos K were engaged to deliver a full internal refurbishment alongside a first-floor extension to this Northbridge residence, increasing both the scale and functionality of the home.
The project involved a complete internal strip-out, enabling significant structural modifications, including the introduction of large openings supported by new structural beams to create open-plan living zones. The works also included the addition of a new bedroom on the first floor, expanding the home’s accommodation.
A key element of the refurbishment was the relocation of the kitchen from the front of the house to the rear, improving the connection to outdoor areas and enhancing day-to-day living. Three new bathrooms were delivered, along with new floorboards throughout to unify the updated spaces.

The project involved the staged removal of the existing roof tiles and framing, ensuring structural stability was maintained throughout construction. A new first floor was then constructed, introducing three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dedicated family living space, significantly increasing the home’s functionality.

The Island Display Suite was a monumental project for the Aetos K team. The level of detail throughout the showroom and display apartment is a showstopper. The project features high-end custom joinery throughout including curved stone and wood, ripple ceiling and display apartment joinery.
