WINNER of the Master Builders Association - Excellence in Construction Awards 2023! Project:Oborozuki - Circular Quay. Category: Interior Fitouts $2.5-$3.5M

We are incredibly proud of our recent project creation for Oborozuki, a new Japanese fine dining fusion kaiseki and teppanyaki restaurant and bar in the heart of Circular Quay Sydney. Spread over two soaring, glass-encased levels, the venue features elegant, organic designs throughout with curved soft beige stucco interior walls, slatted timber ceilings that work together with dark and light timber joinery teamed with bronze and marble design features. Oborozuki also has a 10-seat private dining space complete with a traditional Japanese seating arrangement with a sunken cutaway floor along with stunning bonsai gardens throughout. This project was delivered in collaboration with Giant Design and Figtree Project Management.

Majestic and tasteful, Charlotte Bar and Bistro is an impressive two-level French restaurant housed in a heritage-listed building along the idyllic harborside of McMahons Point. Aetos K had the absolute pleasure of creating this luxurious venue, designed to accommodate 120 guests. The establishment features three private dining rooms and a French Riviera-inspired outdoor terrace adorned with lush greenery, offering a delightful al fresco dining experience.

The interior features plush royal blue seating, elegant herringbone flooring, and antique lighting, creating an overall old-world charm and inviting ambiance. No detail has been spared, rendering it a timeless space exuding European charm.
 

Our latest hospitality fit-out project, La Plume, is now gracing the culinary scene of Surry Hills with its chic French ambiance. La Plume combines elegant design with a playful charm, creating the perfect backdrop for memorable dining experiences. Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to life.

We are excited to share a project completion for O’Bombay, a new modern Indian restaurant located in Hornsby Westfield Sydney. In collaboration with Span Design Studio, Aetos-K delivered the Bollywood glamour themed space that provides an exquisite Indian culinary experience. Very true to Bombay’s city of colour, vibrancy and buzz, Bombay is an emotion and so to is the cuisine.

Did someone say Korean BBQ! The team at Aetos K had the pleasure of working with Butchers Buffet to design and construct, in collaboration with ORO Design, a new restaurant located in Eastwood. We completed this 300m2 project during Sydney’s second lockdown under strict regulations. Having a

COVID Safe Plan in place and having 80% of subbies vaccinated within the first week allowed us to

efficiently deliver this project within budget and on time, ready for Freedom Day.
