Our team had the pleasure of delivering three new speculative suites delivered in the Sydney CBD. All located on a single floor, each suite has been designed with its own distinct style to appeal to a range of future tenants.
Aetos K successfully completed a lift lobby upgrade project in Sydney's CBD, enhancing the arrival experience with a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere.

Take a look at our speculative suites for Poly Global within the 59 Goulburn Street asset! Delivered in collaboration with Ambit Curator Pty Ltd for design, these unique, earthy, and nature-inspired suites spanning 850m2 bring a fresh offering to the market.
The design was motivated by the desire for various work zones, inviting social settings, and an inspiring environment that ignites enthusiasm for the workday. Notable design elements of these suites encompass distinctive feature ceilings, contrasting floor finishes and greenery-infused spaces.
This project also involved a ground floor lobby upgrade and required working within a live environment with a quick deliver turnaround. We are pleased to have delivered an exceptional high-quality outcome under budget and on time.
While the interior fitout is important, so too is the exterior. Arisun Chinatown occupies a commercial space at 1 Dixon Street, Haymarket, where the exterior awning required a complete replacement with a structural glazed awning. Since most projects in live environments require higher risk control, the Aetos K team closed off the road and implemented traffic control after hours. We worked closely with Place Management, NSW Police, and Workcover to ensure the project ran smoothly and safely.
The Island Display Suite was a monumental project for the Aetos K team. The level of detail throughout the showroom and display apartment is a showstopper. The project features high-end custom joinery throughout including curved stone and wood, ripple ceiling and display apartment joinery.
