Charlotte | 139 Blues Point Rd, McMahons Point
Majestic and tasteful, Charlotte Bar and Bistro is an impressive two-level French restaurant housed in a heritage-listed building along the idyllic harborside of McMahons Point. Aetos K had the absolute pleasure of creating this luxurious venue, designed to accommodate 120 guests. The establishment features three private dining rooms and a French Riviera-inspired outdoor terrace adorned with lush greenery, offering a delightful al fresco dining experience.
The interior features plush royal blue seating, elegant herringbone flooring, and antique lighting, creating an overall old-world charm and inviting ambiance. No detail has been spared, rendering it a timeless space exuding European charm.
Schiavello Showroom | 69 Campbell St, Surry Hills
Opened to connect, layered to repurpose, and defined to showcase. Nestled within the heritage envelope in Surry Hills, Schiavello's Sydney showroom is reimagined with an inviting presence. The revitalised showroom stands as a living museum, narrating Schiavello’s story and serving as a gathering hub for the
like-minded. Designed by Ambit Curator
Speculative Suite | 59 Goulburn St, Sydney
Take a look at our speculative suites for Poly Global within the 59 Goulburn Street asset! Delivered in collaboration with Ambit Curator Pty Ltd for design, these unique, earthy, and nature-inspired suites spanning 850m2 bring a fresh offering to the market.
The design was motivated by the desire for various work zones, inviting social settings, and an inspiring environment that ignites enthusiasm for the workday. Notable design elements of these suites encompass distinctive feature ceilings, contrasting floor finishes and greenery-infused spaces.
This project also involved a ground floor lobby upgrade and required working within a live environment with a quick deliver turnaround. We are pleased to have delivered an exceptional high-quality outcome under budget and on time.
